CLOAKANON.COM TERMS OF USE

These are the terms of use that you agree to when purchase the ProxyMall software and when you access any services provided on the CloakAnon.com web site. If you do not agree to each and every one of these terms then you may not use the software and/or services provided by CloakAnon.com.

1. UNLAWFUL ACTS: CloakAnon.com is NOT to be be used for the commission of any unlawful acts. By proceeding with the purchase or use of our products and services you expressly agree that you will not violate the laws or any jurisdiction where you are either physically located or where your Internet activities reach to. It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws of any jurisdiction that concerns you or your Internet activities. CloakAnon.com, it's principals, employees and affiliates will not be held liable for any unlawful activities by users of its software or services including criminal and civil liability.

1a. CloakAnon.com has a zero tolerance for sexual exploitation of children either physically or by viewing or sharing of images. Be forewarned that this is an act that will cause us to cooperate fully with any investigating law enforcement agencies. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OUR SOFTWARE FOR THIS ACTIVITY.

There are many perfectly legal and valid reasons to maintain your privacy and we're here to assist. We do not support the use of our IP cloaking software for any illegal activities. Don't risk criminal prosecution!

2. SPAM E-MAIL: CloakAnon.com is NOT to be used to send spam e-mails or unsolicited e-mails of any type.

3. OTHER PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: CloakAnon.com is NOT to be used for port scanning, attacks on computers or networks, scanning for open proxies or open relays, Internet hacking, phishing, pharming or similar activities.

4. UNAUTHORIZED USERS: You agree to safeguard your username and password, and our members only content from unauthorized use. Your purchase is for your use only, limited to your computer(s). You may not share our software or members only content with unauthorized individuals. You agree to be held responsible for all actions that occur from our software or content pages where the login uses your username and password.

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. CloakAnon.com, it's principals, employees and affiliates are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions beyond refund of the original purchase price.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: CloakAnon.com, it's principals, employees and affiliates are not liable for any other damages resulting from either the use or inability to use the ProxyMall software or any other content provided in the members only area. We will not be liable for any court costs or attorney fees. This is our binding agreement when you purchase our software and services.

7. PRIVACY: CloakAnon.com does not maintain server logs or purchaser information. We will not share any information with anyone for any purpose except as required by a court of competent jurisdiction. Even then our access to information is extremely limited as we do not store records of users' Internet activity. We pledge to safeguard your privacy to the fullest extent possible. There are many valid reasons to remain anonymous on the Internet and we respect and support your right to that privacy.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE: CloakAnon.com may terminate any user for violating any terms of use. Breach of these terms of use will result in termination of your right to use the software and to access the members only content. No refund will be issued when service is terminated for breach of these terms of use. If you have been suspended, you may submit an e-mail request for reinstatement to admin@cloakanon.com for a review of your case.

9. REFUND POLICY: CloakAnon.com's refund policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with our software and/or content you may submit a written request to admin@cloakanon.com stating your problem. We will make every reasonable effort to help resolve any problems. If we are unable to do so, we will promptly issue a refund for your original purchase amount.

10. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY: You are responsible for providing your own Internet access. Proxy Mall software will change your IP address but we are not an Internet Service Provider.

11. PROXY MALL AFFILIATION: Cloakanon.com is an authorized distributor of Proxy Mall software. All rights are reserved. You may not resell or otherwise distribute this software to anyone else.

12. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE: If any provision of this Contract is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All remaining provisions of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

13. TERMS OF USE UPDATES: This constitutes our entire agreement. We may post new terms of service that will become binding on our members. These updates will be posted on the members page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to check for new terms of use.
